Allegiant Protection Services was established in 2010, by Jay A. Agamao a retired Correctional Sergeant at of (21) years with the California Department of Corrections. Jay, began his career at Correctional Training Facility and completed his career with (11) years at Salinas Valley State Prison (Maximum Security Prison). In the Late 90’s, S.V.S.P. earned the respect of the most violent Maximum Prison in our State of California. With this in his mind, Jay began taking advantage of many opportunities that were available in the In-Service Training Department. He became a well rounded Instructor in many areas such as; Range Master / Chemical Agent Instructor, M.E.B., PR-24, Straight Baton Instructor, Alarm Response Master Trainer. His most prestigious accomplishment of all, he became one of the “Elite 20 S.E.R.T. Members” SPECIAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM, at S.V.S.P. This is S.W.A.T. inside a prison. With the many violent riots, and vicious incidents, he encountered during his career in Corrections, he gained the valuable experience to pass on to his CLIENTS. You will discover that Jay trains from the heart with his Number #1 Rule always in his mind, Officer Safety.
